Complete transformer substations of modular type with a capacity from 16 to 3150 kVA (BKTP) are designed for receiving, converting and distributing electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz rated voltage 0,4/ 6 (10) /20/35 kV. BKTP are designed for power supply of energy facilities, industrial, housing and communal facilities, as well as cottage settlements and zones of individual development.
BKTP is a structure that is made in the form of a metal block or several blocks connected to each other. The insulation of the substation's metal housing is carried out depending on the location of the substation or in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
The filler of sandwich panels for the BKTP variant with insulation is a mineral plate made of basalt fiber. The outer layer of the BKTP sandwich wall panels is made of thin-sheet galvanized and painted steel. When ordering a vandal-resistant design, the outer layer of wall panels is protected by a thicker layer of sheet metal.
The doors and gates are made according to the safe door type, which ensures reliability and ease of maintenance.
BKTP consists of an LVN (high voltage switchgear), one or two power transformers and a RUNN (low voltage switchgear). RUNN for a voltage of 0.4 kV are usually performed in the form of a low-voltage complete electrical energy distribution device.
The design of the BCTP substation provides for the presence of service corridors, which ensures convenient and safe maintenance of equipment in any weather and time of the year.
Complete set of BKTP allows you to ensure the accounting of active and reactive electricity.
To create the climate necessary for the operation of devices and personnel inside the substation, heating and ventilation equipment is provided.
