Electric drive control devices

Electric drive control devices are used for starting, changing the rotation speed, braking and changing the direction of rotation of the shaft. With their help, it is possible to design and put into operation an automated control system for electric motors in accordance with the features of the production technology at the enterprise. Types of devices

Control devices are divided into groups according to the types of functions they can perform in the technological process:

Systems that ensure the start and stop of an electromechanical installation, changing the direction of rotation of the shaft. They cannot change the rotation speed, so they are usually used in pumps, fans, conveyor lines.
Systems that can change the speed of rotation of the motor shaft. Therefore, they are used in lifting and moving cargo devices and in sections of technological lines where the equipment operates in variable mode.
Systems that provide precise control of shaft rotation speed, acceleration, and other parameters. Such equipment allows you to fully automate the technological process and change the operating parameters depending on external conditions.
Systems that allow you to change the operating modes of the control according to a previously unknown scheme, depending on the incoming external data.
Systems that can control the operation of production complexes and individual equipment according to algorithms that are set by running computer programs.
