Low-voltage complete devices of the «VARNET» series

The low-voltage complete device (NCU) of the «VARNET» series is designed for receiving and distributing electrical energy, increasing the power factor, soft-starting and controlling the rotational speed of asynchronous motors in electrical networks with a voltage class of up to 1 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Complete set of NCU

Low-voltage complete devices are assembled from separate cabinets. The number of modules can be different, and their location is determined by the wishes of the customer and the details of the terms of reference.

The typical assembly of the NCU includes several types of cabinets:

  • introductory;
  • sectional;
  • cabinet of outgoing lines;
  • capacitor;
  • soft start mechanism;
  • FCD (frequency-controlled drive), etc.

The method of arrangement of cabinets is entirely individual. They can be placed both in a line and in several rows. The connection between the cabinets is laid using cables or by installing a bus bridge. In the second case, the tires are located inside the cabinets on their rear walls.

Connection to the input cell can be carried out both with the help of cables and with the help of current-carrying buses. The material of the tires can be different, according to the technical specification.

In the primary switching circuits, components corresponding to the technical specification of the customer, or a single-line scheme of the project can be used :

  • automatic stationary switch;
  • plug-in or pull-out switch;
  • load switches, etc.

The functionality of the cells allows load monitoring, electricity metering, data display, recording and fixing data in real time and recording in archives.
